The Mountain View Chamber of Commerce offers all Certificate of Origin services through a partnership with the American World Trade Chamber of Commerce (AWTCC). This provides you faster service and expert advice on your international trade needs, including electronic chamber-stamped Certificates of Origin (via essCert), physical copies as needed and other export related documents and services.

Ordering an electronic Certificate of Origin

You can obtain an electronic Certificate of Origin in just 3 easy steps:

  1. Download the order form
  2. Complete, sign and print the form
  3. Scan and email to info@chambermv.org

That's it! You will be billed directly by essCert.

Fees for electronic Certificates of Origin

  • $25.00 for Chamber Members
  • $55.00 for non-members
